Immediately upon walking in, the staff came across as unprofessional and didn’t seem to know what they were doing, which made the whole process feel disorganized. He appeared shocked that someone is coming in to order food. Additionally they refused to accept a coupon that was clearly from Subway and still valid. There was no real explanation, just a flat refusal saying their manager wouldn’t let them ring it up for the price that is on the coupon. Stanley was so sweet and is such a good worker but he is the ONLY one there!! This is unacceptable He is doing his absolute best.
The workers refused to speak up the they didn’t give me want I asked for and the whole time everyone had low Communication on top of that the manager had a vape in her hand well serving me
