Bad customer service
was waiting to be attended to at the counter and watched a roach crawl across where they make the subs.
Me and my family came in ten minutes before close (SORRY QUEENS!!!) and the employees were so efficient and friendly anyway. I know from experience how hard it is sometimes to not be grumpy when customers come in and order stuff right before close, so I was SO grateful and impressed that the employees were so nice to us!!!
