I ordered a ham wheat footlong a couple nights ago along with some other things and this was my first visit to this location. I got it and went home to eat it and felt a stretch so I spat it out and saw the hair stuck in the bread and the rest of the food. I called the guy in there and told him I can also send him a pic as proof and he just said to call the next day. Why do I need to call again the next day? I had already went to 2 other subway's which were supposed to be open, but closed early. Was able to make it 5 min before close, and was very nice, very personable, I thanked her gave her a tip and went and enjoyed dinner with the wife, great experience.
Subway has nailed it with their service at this location. The team is fast, polite, and incredibly attentive. You can tell they take pride in their work. The food here is consistently excellent. Both times I've been in here the lady's making the sandwiches had very difficult customers!! They kept their composure the whole time and we're very polite. I definitely would have thrown the bread and told the customer to make their own damn sandwich had I been in their shoes so hat's off to them for super customer service ❣️
