The vegetarian sub I chose was perfectly prepared and delicious. The staff was friendly and polite. A fine experience in all.
Had to return to this subway 3 times to get order right. Staff had zero skill in customer service or escalations. Missed an hour of my day, food got cold. And I got food poisoning. Prep area was filthy with 2 overwhelmed and, clearly, undertrained team member. Manager was called and offered to comp meal on third visit. Really not close to enough when you have family visiting to watch a football game. Expectation of an order bring right first time, second time? Three trip to get it right. Location is a disaster.
