Posting this review as it is Subway's issue and the management for customer issues. I bit into something awful last night and didn't finish a footlong sub. I inquired about another half a sub to replace the half I wouldn't eat. No one attempted to fix my issue and the next day no one even knew I had called. I'm letting it go, but this is the last time I willingly pay money for Subway and whatever hard object I bit into.
Second time I’ve placed an app order and got a call that they didn’t have chicken or ham to fill my order/ the first time they refunded right away. This last time they not only did not refund but also said I picked it up in the app when I didn’t. Called a few days later and still did not take it off my card. Had to dispute it with my bank and wait weeks to get my refund.
Let me start off by saying that it took them 25 minutes after placing my order to make 4 subs ( if that's what you want to call it) Secondly, for $52 .00 I should have gotten a sandwich with something on it . I recieved 4 small pieces of meat on each cut half a tiny little bit of lettuce and 2 small end priced of tomato . This is terrible and disgusting and I would never recommend anyone eat at this subway. ( I have pics to prove this )
