I ordered on the app and requested double meat and extra onions for my club sub for my husband's twelve hour shift. In the notes I added that I wanted a lot of onions. He was at work when he finally ate his sub to find there was barely any lettuce and absolutely no onions plus they did not put double the meat on it. I will never understand how this store is still in business it is by far the worst store I have ever dealt with I have had nothing but continuous issues every time I attempt to give it another chance the employees are horrible and don’t answer the phone or the microphone at the drive through they refuse to serve you and say they are busy when they aren’t busy at all I just waited over 2 hours for an order that never showed up and was eventually cancelled I would rather drive to California for subway then come here agian
