Done eating your crusty sandwiches, can’t even get a wrap now, they make them with your nasty flatbread. Jimmy John’s is better anyway
7/3/2025 - whomever was the lady working shouldn't be working in customer service! Rushed and rude. Sandwiches were mostly bread hardly any meat. Never will go back to Subway any Subway. I will stick with Jimmy Johns!
I was just in at the Morton, IL subway and I ordered a 6 inch wheat bread ham and cheese extra cheese lettuce and mayo. When I get to the toppings there was pepperoni on there. I said this is supposed to be a ham and cheese only and the young girl working goes you ordered a bmt what ever that is, I said I ordered wheat bread, ham and cheese only she goes no you didn't, I should have left right then and there and I said can you take that off she grabs the sandwich takes it off and whips the sandwich down the line. Usually subways are "you get what you get" but I had a fantastic experience. Excellent service from the young woman working by herself (aged 25-35) thank you so much for accommodating us and our 2 little ones
