Ordered through the app with a promotion Disney Plus was doing with perks, picked it up and got home only to find out it was the wrong sandwich. I drive all the way back and Maria tells me there is nothing wrong with the sandwich. That it is in fact the spicy Italian, except that was the problem. I didn't order a spicy Italian, I ordered a spicy nacho. After looking at the receipt closer she says "oh, wrong sandwich". I walked in, and the girl behind the counter gave me attitude when I was ordering. I even repeated the type of sandwich I wanted twice.
We have loved this store for a long time. Great service, good sandwiches. The last 2 times we were there the pepper jack cheese had changed. Now it tastes like a mildly spicy american cheese that just kills a BMT. Please switch it back
