Stopped there ordered salad and 6” staff was extremely rude and totally unprofessional. Customer service in this town is terrible. Will never be back
The reason I only rated the service is because I never got to proceed with an order. Does anyone share my thoughts on the gray haired woman working behind the counter? She is totally rude, and this isn't the only incident I have witnessed. Walked in and lined up at the order section and she told me it's going to be 10 minutes. I asked why and her reply was "because we have a big order to complete." Then as to take pleasure in disappointing me further she also said "by the way, there's no lettuce." Think the saddest portion size or customer service I’ve received from subway waste if 16 bucks
That one worker at front ! She barely puts any toppings and their gloves are not changed between different subs or between meat & veggie ! This is a big problem… rude service
