Store was super clean. Really great customer service!
I was traveling and used the Subway app to place an order. Since I’m a regular user, the app automatically applied my pending free footlong reward. Everything went smoothly, but when I arrived to pick up my order, the owner or employee argued with me, claiming I couldn’t use rewards from another location. This was clearly incorrect, and the interaction felt unnecessary and unprofessional. It was a truly disappointing experience
