Bread was over toasted and hard. The small amount of ingredients was ridiculous, for example ripe olives 5 pieces, tomato 3 slices and so on, never had such an awful sandwich. Showed up at 6:45pm on a Tuesday. Store’s empty. I wait 2–3 minutes, call out to see if anyone’s around—nothing. Just as I’m walking out, I hear the toilet flush. Employee strolls out (didn’t hear a sink, by the way) and asks, “You picking up?” I say, “No, just going to order.” He hits me with: “We’re only doing online. That’s why we have a sign.” I tell him I didn’t see a sign. He shrugs and says, “Don’t care if you saw the sign or not—online only,” then disappears into the back without another word. Nice sandwiches
I just walked into subway and really almost snapped the guy worling there. I was told I couldnt order in person and that it had to be online because he was watching his videos for his training for another job. Apparently the manager is in on it because he said she worked in the morning and I could contact her. I will be contacting corporate in the morning about this dump.
You can thank your employee with the messy man bun and beard for this review. Extremely, EXTREMELY rude. Zero customer service skills, slow as a snail, and not somebody I would want working for a company I own. I should've asked for his name, but I was so caught off guard by his smug comments that I just couldn't wait to get out of there.
