We have used this Subway to cater our conference for the last two years. They have been punctual, maintained constant communication, and delivered a quality meal for a reasonable cost. We will continue to use them and encourage others who want straight forward and stress free catering to do the same.
I was concerned with the food-handling practices I saw today while waiting in line. An employee making sandwiches used the cash register and debit machine while wearing gloves, then went straight back to preparing food and handling the cookies without changing his gloves. It became very evident the employees do not change their gloves often enough. This is concerning from a food-safety perspective and something management should address.
