I was concerned with the food-handling practices I saw today while waiting in line. An employee making sandwiches used the cash register and debit machine while wearing gloves, then went straight back to preparing food and handling the cookies without changing his gloves. It became very evident the employees do not change their gloves often enough. This is concerning from a food-safety perspective and something management should address.
Henil was incredibly kind and accommodating! There was an issue with the app during my visit, but he went above and beyond to help resolve it and worked hard to make sure everything was sorted out. Really appreciate the excellent customer service and patience. Subway is lucky to have someone like him!
