GOING THERE IS WASTE OF TIME One of the worst experiences I have, I waste half an hour and nobody took my order. The girl was laughing and wasting time on the counter. After half an hour, I came back without ordering.
They should need to teach there employees about customer service.

I’m not sure what the difference between this Subway and others is. I consistently order ahead in the app - I do this because we are always running from one place to the next. At every other other Subway, when the app says that my order is ready, it’s ready. I walk in, walk to the pickup area, and grab it. At this location, they don’t start making it until I walk in. I have visited here many times and always had a good experience but this time I got disappointed with a staff member I didn’t know her name. I went to the place around 7.15 and asked her cut my sub in half and she just gave a weird look before that I called her for almost 3-4 times but she didn’t answer. That’s rude and not a good customer service. Whereas the other lady with her was very sweet and she is always been.
