The customer service came off like they were annoyed customers were there. Did not seem happy about accepting cash.
A very nice place, also conveniently located in an area where you can easily get hungry, since there are so many shops around. But this particular Subway is really good, and I like that they maintain their standards. I mean in terms of customer service, cleanliness, and the way they explain things. The staff was very friendly and even helped us figure out the name of an item we didn’t know, gave us advice, and we were very pleased. I ordered tuna foot long sandwich. TBH I have tried this sandwich so many times before but it has never tasted so good. I could literally taste the freshness of the bread and all the ingredients. The taste is still in my mouth. The service wasn’t 5 star cause the staff didn’t behave well and also was refusing to hand a bag for the sub. Idk why she did that.
Messed up my order! We do not eat pork or beef, and we ordered a sweet onion and one rotisserie sub. They messed up the sweet onion teriyaki and gave us a chicken rancher instead which had alot of bacon in it. Thank god i was only a 5 min drive away, so i went in to change it. Its fine, it happens, ofcourse i was not happy, a 20 minute timeframe should be enough to have the correct order ready ESPECIALLY if its dead with only one other order.
