ordered a sandwich from here a few days ago and found a hair in it. really disappointing and honestly just gross, couldn’t finish the sandwich after that.
I accidentally ordered the meat option, but one of the staff members kindly made me a fresh veggie one without any hassle. I didn’t catch her name, but I really appreciate her kindness and excellent customer service. Thank you so much for going above and beyond—you made my day! I’ll definitely be coming back.
