Good experience ordering online it was ready ahead of time staff were fast to serve us.
Was there yesterday and a person made online order, after finishing putting all the vegetables and stuff she put pepper by mistake( when the order said no pepper, she said the order said no pepper that’s how I know ) she tried to remove it with a knife little bit but it still had a lot of pepper… if you make the sub wrong, redo it. You never know who’s allergic to what. Very disappointed
Had a really bad experience with this subway. I ordered on the app with a deal to eat in the restaurant. We ordered 2 subs with different toppings. I got one with spicy cheese and one with shredded cheese. They put the cheese on the wrong subs. We asked for the one with the spicy cheese to be remade because the person eating the sub doesn’t like spice.
