The worst experience at this branch. I arrived at 8:45 to order a sandwich, but I was surprised when my order was refused because the bread wasn't ready, even though the shop supposedly opens at 6:30. When I mentioned this to the employee, she told me they only open when the Open sign is on. Fine, if you don't adhere to your stated opening hours, since you don't keep your promises, you might as well close this shop. You're a nuisance to people with your staff and poor service.

Ordered a rotisserie rice bowl and the portion sizes was amazing 🤩
We placed an online order today under my husband’s name, Iman, for two Super Bowls. When we got home, we noticed that neither of them had rice. I called the store, and the staff member who answered was very unprofessional. She was laughing about the situation (which made it seem like she was already aware of the mistake) and simply said, “Oh sorry, we forgot to add rice.” This was very disappointing. I would like an immediate refund. The way this situation was handled by your staff was not acceptable.
