Don’t tip…..I ordered online and hate tipping in advance! Sure enough I drove to pick up my order based on Subway App time given and when I arrived my order wasn’t even started! Obviously didn’t get my tip back. lol They must have high turnover bc one lady was training 2 newbies.
Staff was really nice & helpful even tho there was a mini rush there they still made it through and served everyone with a good attitude!
My children and I stood at the counter for fifteen minutes while the two employees made food and never acknowledged our presence. As one began prepping something by placing four flatbreads on the counter, I leaned in and asked if he was working on a catering order. He didn’t speak to me but looked in the neighboring room and asked a third person to help us. He struggled, perhaps he was new, but after another ten minutes our order was finally complete.
