The only thing that made this less than ideal and hard to have my order done. The English wasn't very good of the worker. She was trying though.
Hi, just want to aware you guys about their customer service. I went today at 4 pm at this subway, i asked if they have veggie pattie, i was attended by a philipino old lady with glasses and black mask. She just opened the lid of container did not say anything from mouth. I ignored i thought it might be some issues. I am not racist because i am also an immigrant, asian too…. Food was good no doubt… but service, am not racist okay…am also an immigrant but the way of talking of that one staff member was really rude. She was an old philipino lady wearing glasses working today. It was quite obvious she didn’t want to work and pls stop picking shifts then. Your poor service or way of talking makes other people’s day terrible.
