The bread as good as mr sub. They need to be able to grill or toast as well it makes a difference... I noticed as Subway has grown quality took a loss
Ordered online at 2:14, sat there waiting for my sandwich, didn’t get it until 2:48 and the app said it would be ready at 2:30, waste of my time and my time is very valuable. As a person with 5 billion dollars in their bank account, I just want a little sub to take the edge off my busy rich life.
Staff was not responsive and veggie patty was served cold. They did not heat it up enough
Had my smoothie explode down the front of my shirt, went to Subway to grab napkins to quickly wipe up what I could while it ran down my shirt and chest. Was rudely interrupted by a staff member telling me napkins aren't free. I apologize and gestured to my growing wet spot on the front of my shirt saying I had an emergency and was given a snarky glare in return. Will not be giving this place my business in the future. Little compassion and respect goes a long way.
