The workers didn’t understand a word of english. Thought “cookie” was “turkey”?? I don’t know how many times I loudly had to say “spinach” pointing to the spinach. I was supposed to get a special QR code on my receipt because i had purchased a meal (the whole reason i went to subway in the first place) and got no qr code. When i politely asked for it, the worker dismissively said “i dont know” and no one helped me but instead ignored me (there were no other customers in the place). Subway is dying. They need to shape up
I ordered six chocolate chip cookies online when I got there she said they only had four then said I could get two different ones but I didn't want two different ones I wanted the chocolate chip so I asked for a refund she said no. Then she said so sorry
Danny gave me and my friends the best service, practiced excellent food safety and was very welcoming even though he was about to close the restaurant. So sweet
The sign says they open at 10:00 a.m., it's 10:30 and they are not open. I waited for a few minutes and the door's locked. There's lights on inside but no one's in there.
