Me and my mom stopped by this Subway around 7:35 PM. When we walked in, there was a Mexican gentleman cleaning up. We stood there for about 2–3 minutes before he even acknowledged us — no greeting, no “I’ll be right with you,” nothing. Eventually, he went to wash his hands, and while doing so, he coughed into his hand before putting gloves on. As we waited, we mentioned that we had a coupon for 3 Subway sandwiches. Been here many times over the years and used the online app for the first time today. Food was fine but the male employee was quite rude and had a serious attitude when engaging. Initially, he wasn’t interested in engaging at all even though my order was behind the cash register and not in the pick up area.
