I came in last week to a packed house. A school sports team was there. Two workers were behind the counter, one of them was a young lady that I believe to be new to the job. I order from here every week and have never left this place upset and angry before. I ordered a salad for $10 and barely got any salad. My husband ordered Italian herbs and cheese bread and didn't get it. We ordered online and he went to pick it up. He didn't care that his bread was wrong cause he was hungry. I ordered a footlong sandwich from this Subway, and the lady preparing it wasn’t wearing gloves. She wiped her nose on her shirt several times, started randomly bleeding on her arm while making my sandwich, and even licked her fingers after getting sauce on them. I’m utterly disgusted and shocked that this is considered acceptable at any restaurant — let alone from someone who’s supposed to be the manager.
