I always loved subs, my go to is the Meatball Marinara at this joint. it always makes my day..
I ordered a meatball sandwich and when I got home it was cold, not lukewarm but cold. The tub was sitting in the bottom of the reservoir with the lid. There was no water, or any other hot meat. I didn’t think much of it until I got home. I wonder how long it was sitting out without heat. I will not be returning.
Didnt receive my delivery order and have written in 10+ times to get help with a refund. Teresa Sherwood office manager has been no help and terrible customer service. Horrible experience with Subway
Website never works, going back to 2021 it reliably crashes on mobile, desktop, and varying browsers. Widespread and documented issue online. Incompetent corporate is costing sales and customers. I would sue corporate if I owned this franchise.
I’m sooo disappointed at this location everytime I order the Philly I ask for extra chipotle sauce and they put just a dot & I’m sooo confused if they wanna add that sauce at all ,it’s only this lady at this location that gives me little sauce when I ask for extraaa and I put it on my notes too so I always have to go to a further location from my house because of that ,it’s soo inconvenient
