I have been to this location lots of times but, hadn't been in about six months, until last week. I stopped coming to this location previously due to poor customer service and difficulty with ordering/pricing instore. I got some coupons in the mail for Subway and decided to give it another go. I'm glad I did. I was greeted immediately upon entering the restaurant by a smiley associate. She took my order: six inch veggie on italian herbs and cheese bread. They stopped taking coupons and offers. Very disappointed. I work nearby but definitely not eating there as much.
