Ordered 4 x meal of the day @ $6.99 and upgraded to a footlong for $3 each. That is $9.99 each excluding tax. We chose the cookies instead of the Chips and this is what we were charged. I told the lady that there's been a mistake and she started raising her voice at me humiliating us in front of the other customers saying that we are wrong and she is right. Terrible, rude, unprofessional, disrespectful, shameful.
Rude and disrespectful personal two Spanish ladies.at the front .Intentionally speaking foreign language in Spanish to make the customer feel uncomfortable, while smirking and laughing looking . The food tasted cold and sticky taste. Subway didn't used to be like that before. This is the second time I write my review. If removed I will contact the District Manager myself in writing. It's ridiculous subjecting your customers to such rude, unprofessional and disrespectful unethical practices.
The food is good but the two Hispanic lady’s that were working didn’t seem happy to be there at all no positive attitudes.. made me feel like I was bothering them just for wanting a simple meal.
I ordered a foot long, and a foot long with half of it steak and half of it chicken, but they had to charge me for 2 6 inches because they are different meats. I totally understood, but that brought the total to $39.43 This price is ridiculous for a footlong and 2 six inch subways!
