I was cut in front of by another person who did not know what he wanted. But the counter person who was not wearing a name tag told me to go to the end even though I was clearly there first. So rude and made me feel very humiliated and disrespected. No business I want to give my patronage.
The two employees working today were making racist and rude remarks about the person in line before me because that person did not speak great English. They were on the whole "why come to our country and not learn our language" thing. Pretty rude and ignorant conversation to have loudly in front of other customers.
Terrible service, the two girls working were too busy socializing with their friend to even wait on us, terrible attitudes when they did. Lobby is filthy and half of the chairs are missing? Do not recommend.
