So I'm pulling.in off the expressway. Driving for 16 hours, big trailer. Had to "order online" to use $9 in rewards and deals. So I asked the zip code. Made my order. Who knew there's multiple Subways in Findlay Ohio? Order went to a different store. No problem; can't seem to cancel on app, so call them to cancel, right. No go. "I don't know how".
