The Indian dude on Friday afternoon was sooooo slow. Like I’ve never seen someone move that slow in my life. I thought it must have to be his first day or something, but then he kinda had an attitude too like he ran the joint, so I don’t know. I was the only person in the store and was there for 20 minutes to watch him make one takeout sandwich and my two sandwiches. It was honestly just crazy to see someone move that slowly like it seemed like he was doing it on purpose 😂
Ordered my sub 30 minutes ago and person didn’t start order. One of the items wasn’t available and they didn’t me a refund. Very slow service.
Placed a mobile order at 7:29pm store hours clearly say open until 9pm. Arrived 15 minutes later to be told they were closed no order was being made Ok I get it. Asked how to cancel the order so I wouldn’t be charged said I don’t know go to the app maybe. Went to the app went through numerous steps multiple times and yet no refund or even an inkling as to what I should do next. My advice never set foot into any subway they are all franchised and run poorly there are way better options and alternatives.

Associate Twinkle always provides excellent customer service! She’s friendly and makes the sandwiches to my exact specifications while being polite and kind. Food always comes it perfect! Highly recommend this location
