I placed an online order for this location and arrived to find the store closed during posted operating hours. This is unacceptable and feels misleading, as the system was still accepting orders even though no service was being provided. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue at this store. It appears to be a recurring problem, and it is not fair to customers who pay for orders that cannot be fulfilled in a timely manner. Ordered online. Website said it will be ready by 7:25pm. Went to get my food at 7:25pm and it's closed! So I'm out $20 and have no food. No sign about being closed today. Nothing. Just took my money. I'll make sure I get my money back.
The staff at this location are very good and friendly. The daily meal deal is very good.

BUM! never open literally every time i walk up its closed but hours online are listing that it’s opened. super annoying.
