Don't come here. My mom gets their $4.99 deal every week. The one day she decided not to check her receipt until she got home, she realized they charged her full price. I have tried to email them via chat support (the only way they allow you to). They say someone will reach out, but no one has. So I have tried calling, but they leave their phone on busy tone 24/7. Utter horrible customer service.
Unreasonable and policy-breaking hassle over mobile orders. On August 12, I came to pick up a 6-sandwich order. Despite showing my confirmation email, the pending bank charge, and my active order history in the Subway app, the staff refused to give me my food without seeing my physical credit card and State ID. I went to buy a sandwich ,the attendant was busy filling the containers of veggies and stuff, I was standing waiting to be helped, she said I'll be with you in a minute. She had a very cold, rude attitude, no smile, her tone of voice it seems like she had a problem, she looked upset when she asked me what kind of sandwich and ingredients I wanted, then she threw the sandwich on the counter. The Indian girl who served us was very rude, didn’t provide a good customer service. Was on the phone (wearing airpods) and rushed us.
