I ordered online and when I arrived they were still making my sandwich. I got my sandwich and left and when I arrived home, the sandwich had no cheese which I ordered cheddar cheese. I called to complain and ask for a replacement when I told that they were out of cheddar. I asked why I wasn't told that and given an option for a different cheese and the guy said that I was there when there was a rush which was a lie since I was the only customer in the building. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this location. They are always out of basic ingredients like white bread and olives. I recently ordered a few sandwiches through the app and went to pick them up. Instead of waiting until I got there, the employee made my sandwiches with what ever bread she wanted to and told me they were out of white bread when I got there to pickup my order.
