I always place my online orders here because I know the younger lady with the glasses takes care of me when she see my husbands or my name on a order she is very meticulous :) I honestly appreciate her and the sweet older lady in the mornings. I appreciate that my sandwiches are always labeled by the younger lady and she puts napkins in the bag and puts a carrier in my bag for my fountain drinks! Favorite location! The overnight guy sees me here often, and the manager is always pleasant when I stop by after my shift—both are genuinely friendly and provide great customer service. I used to go to the Pebble location in the mornings, but they don’t accept coupons for anything, and the staff has become unexpectedly rude. My original go-to was the St. Rose location, but the personalities there made it not worth the stop, even though I live right by it. This location, however, is worth it. The 2 young ladies in the weekend mornings are my favorite ! I have been coming to this establishment for about a year now since I moved into town. I have learned that if you want a great sandwich made you have to come in the weekend in the mornings, sometimes weekdays in the mornings too ! I don’t come in the afternoons because All I see is these young men having a messy store their line work looks very trashy And sandwiches are messy to shut. The older lady that works in the morning (Martha?) is extremely rude and acts like you're trying to swindle her. Wanted to complain about the customer service, but apparently she's the manager. Won't be back again
