I usually use the app to order carry out and this is hands down the best subway in Lebanon out of the 4 in this area. Great sandwich and my modifications are always correct. I normally don’t do reviews but I feel this subway in particular deserves a good one lol.
06.08.25 I was told today was Philly special, $7.99 with small drink and bag of chips. Was charged $9.99 plus $2.49 for 3 cookies for total of $12.48. I informed them there app isn't working for me and even showed him how it does on phone. He knew nothing. I explained yesterday was my birthday and they said I had a free cookie,once again nothing. Im done subway. No more. Your app sucks !
I did not catch the ladies name, but given her circumstances, she did a fantastic job of serving several people by herself. She was working with a toaster that was not working, but she would make it work the best that she could and she was also working with a system that was having a hard time processing coupons. She was dealing with all of that with a smile on her face again I do not know her name, but my receipt says served by: 702 so I’m assuming that is her code.
