I have not been to the subway in a long time. Just stopped in to grab a sandwich, ordered online and went in, the man working was in the back for several minutes before even coming out to greet me ..he had not even seen my online ticket so didn't start my online order until after I had went in. I looked at the ingredients in the case and they were not very fresh at all so had to exclude several items that I originally wanted to get. Mainly the pickles and cucumbers..
