I ordered online for me and my partner a couple weeks ago like I do at least once a week. Same order, 2 footlongs, one ham one cold cut trio wrap and when I went to pick it up they were out of the cold cut trio meat and the girl asked me which sandwich I’d like to replace my sandwich since I had already paid. If I could give this location zero stars I would. Careless food prep, staff appears to be annoyed with customers, some listening to music with earbuds in while serving patrons. Poorly ran store. My wife and I will find another location even if we have to drive the distance.
I had two separate negative experiences at the Subway location at 3079 Hidden Forest Court, Suite #110, Marietta, GA 30066 (per the receipt) both involving the same employee. To provide context, I returned a second time because during my visit on April 16th, the manager informed me that I had two free footlong sandwiches available through my rewards account.
