Terrible experience . Jacob is unprofessional and talked about drugs and his time on probation while I visited the store.
I went through the drive thru and waited a half hour before my payment was even taken. It then took another 15 minutes to get my sandwich to me. They were not busy and even if they were, they should prioritize the customer that has been waiting the longest. It’s basic costumer service. I’ve also heard from ex-employees that this specific location doesn’t train their new hires, but instead just waited for them to ask questions. So I don’t blame the employees, I blame the management.
Julia, Jenny and Carlee were working when we’re there. Those three girls were amazing! They worked so so well together and they all were working very efficiently, and the restaurant was busy. We haven’t seen a crew work so well together in a long time, and have everyone actually working, not just letting someone else do the work. They really should be recognized for their hard work. And no, we are not related nor do we know any of the girls! The were just awesome!!
I do not like the touch screen to order food in the drive thru.
