Always understaffed with too many people to count that has applied to work here. The food is alright but theres only 1 employee here during lunch rush on a Saturday? Franchise owner! Do better! The guy working was in his own and took 20 min to make one person’s order. 5 different parties of people who came in and got in line left because it took so long.
3 pieces of chicken on a 6 inch is a bit insulting, I asked if I paid more could I get more chicken? She said no thats how it comes, it can't be ajusted. I felt like I was being pranked. Idk why she would lie about something like that. I went to a different subway and they gave me an adequate amount, I didn't have to ask and no extra charge
The problem with Subway is clear—you operate like every other poorly run quick-service restaurant. You cut corners with your employees and stores. What does this mean? You pay the absolute minimum wage you can get away with, and you understaff your locations because you lack the resources to run them properly. Often, there's just one person per shift. Bread was stale. Everything else ok.
They need to hire more people during the afternoon but my food was delicious today. It took longer than expected because there was only 1 guy on shift during busy hours but it was worth the wait.
