I recently went to this place and it was the worst experience ever in a Subway restaurant. There was 2 employees at the line, I waited cs they were preparing few orders to go. They were chatting like no one was waiting on the line ( I am sure I am not invisible). I was just standing patiently looking for them to take my order, then after more than 5 minutes one of them ask me why I was there? SERIOUSLY!!!!! Wow, the hours clearly say that they close at 10 PM, I just walked in here at 9:27 pm, and was told that they are closed.
Dear subway workers..... CLEAN YOUR GODFORSAKEN LOBBY!!!!!!!! It was nasty when I went in the bathrooms there was fecal matter spread on the flush handle of the toilet. Sickening..... I almost tossed my subway double chocolate chunk with white chocolate chip cookies. The food was delicious though! A little more mustard don't be afraid to smother a little more on there! ;) The workers were nice they just seemed like they hated their job which I don't blame them. Bless your hearts.
After reading the reviews , it seems as tho the day shift guys are awesome, unfortunately i ordered at 8pm and i ordered thru doordash worst sandwich i have EVER had from Subway i ordered a grilled chicken and a BMT. Its like theres more mayo than ANYTHING. I Really hope the manager reads these. You really should care what customers are saying about your store and the service they recieve.
