Horrible place the food was alright but the customer service is awful there very rude I really recommend the subway by Wendy's . Do not recommend this subway at all .
I understand why the place is not busy staff comes out from back with an attitude and rude. We left without ordering.
I've been going to Subway for a while now but this was the worst experience ever. OK I understand your internet and card payment system was down. OK I understand you couldn't just let me walk away with a free 6" BMT. OK I understand the only way out of this situation was for me to walk out into the snow, get to an ATM and pay the $3.50 withdrawal fee. But why did the staff acted like it was my fault all along?
