I tried calling subway, no answers from multiple calls. I then sent an email expressing my concerns and no reply back. I ordered a sandwich with basically all veggies, toasted, cheese wasn't melted, it was such dry sandwich. Didn't include the sauces I wanted as well, I had to add sauces at home to fix it... They literally didn't add about 6 veggies to my chicken teriyaki I asked for, the sandwich was so bare. No passion or care while making these sandwiches here. Please see photo attached. Several times I have come here well before 10 and they will be closed early and when they’re not they’re very rude.
Every time I go into this location is too young men that in there can’t really think of their name, but they are so awesome. Always make my sandwich with perfection and if it’s not the location on Woodman cause that’s the location I’m talking about on Woodman in Colorado Springs they are amazing. My sandwich is always made to perfect perfection. The vegetables is always fresh. They always have a pleasant attitude about themselves. I just love this place specially on my days. I really don’t feel like cooking.
Awful, just awful. First off, worker looked like he hated his job, 0 customer service. I asked for things on half the sandwich and as you can see not even close to half, I ended up with maybe 4in of my part of the sandwich. I asked for light black olives and guy pours half the container on our sandwich. I would like a refund or for the managers to do something about this. Awful experience
