I appreciated the service and really enjoyed my experience at Subway. The employees were very friendly in addition to the environment being very clean and welcoming. I needed a quick second minute bite and swung by for a quick order and pick up.
I ordered two sandwiches late at night before closing through DoorDash, and this was honestly unacceptable. Both sandwiches were missing about half of the ingredients we ordered. There was barely any meat on either one—just a thin sliver—and they even added cucumbers that we specifically did not ask for. When you’re paying delivery prices and service fees, you expect your order to at least be made correctly. This felt rushed and careless. THEY NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. I HAVE AN ORDER THAT I NEVER GOT AND WAS NEVER REFUNDED AND I LIVE IN DENVER SO IM NOT ABLE TO GO OUT THERE AS MUCH, IVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THEM FOR A MONTH TO GET MY MONEY BACK THEY ANSWERED ONCE AND SAID THEY WILL TELL THE MANAGER AND GET BACK TO ME. IT HAS BEEN 2 WEEKS SINCE THEN WITH NO CALL BACK!
The girl working february 1st around 10pm was so sweet and is a great employee! Really made my subway experience so good! She deserves it all!!
This store is my top subway to go to! They are always decorating for different holidays. The team here is amazing they are always on point with their subs and never give attitude. The store is always so clean. Sometimes theyre out of different chips or bottled drinks but its not their fault! I will be returning!!
