Had an online order and waited 30 minutes for it. The lady making the subs was on the phone gossiping in the back when I walked in. Then she started making the online orders and when a new customer walks in she tells him that it is a 25 minute wait so to the “high amount” of online orders. Will definitely be avoiding this location for a while.
They make my sandwich perfectly everytime .
Customer Service is horrible! I walk in and there is a girl that makes good sandwiches and I wanted her to make mine. She beckons the manager Lillian who tears open the bread and says I make it or you leave. I have had no past problems with the girl who made the better sandwiches. Very rude and unprofessional! I will tell corporate tomorrow as this is not how Subway should be doing business. Definitely will be my last Sub in that shop. They have horrible reviews at a 3 overall.
