Short staff. Long lines. Attitude. Also waited 25 min just for him to pass off my order to some guy just walked in handling money SLOWLY.. DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS! KIST A CRAPPY VIBE WAS THERE TODAY LUNCH TIME NEVER AGAIN
I have given this location several chances. Every time I have gone they are slow, the bread is always hard, they are always out of cookies, and they use dirty knives to close up your sandwich.
Bad experience. My kids and I waited in line behind two people. There were other two people behind us. Only one person was working that we saw. A second staff came in and then we saw the first staff leave. The second staff told us to leave he was confused with the schedule and he did not know what to do. Ordered 4 sandwiches online, only 2 in the bag when I went to pickup, was told I would have to wait for everyone in line to order first. So I did, and checked the two in the bag, wrong meats, waited for them to be remade, and they did the wrong meat again even with the receipt in front of him. Hoping to get my money back:(
Ordered with the app at 12:05. It said it'd be ready in 20 minutes. It's not 12:40 and we're still waiting.
