The last 2 times we have done a pickup order with double meat we only got the regular amount. This time the bread was so dry our non toasted subs were crunchy.

They don't participate in their own app, ie. have everything marked out of stock so you can only order using the full price in store. Imagine if a pizza place didn't let you order from their website.
everytime I try and go through the drive thru there is not a sign that it is closed so you wait forever until you finally drive up to the window to find out they don’t use the drive through- again no sign
Good place to eat when you have coupons. Otherwise these subs are no longer $5/ftlong. They've more than doubled.
