We ordered online and they put a topping on we didn’t ask for that I was allergic to on my sandwich. Refused to make it right in anyway. No new sandwich, no money back. No discount or coupon. Hung up on me when I called about the issue. This location doesn’t care about customers.

This is a bunch of bullshit
Terrible over all, I had to wait an extra 40 minutes to receive my order and upon it arriving they got both my sandwiches wrong. Never choose this subway. I forgot to mention my sandwich was flattened. Is it that hard to put effort into the easiest jobs available?
