Just went here at 630pm they say they're out of bread. They close at 10 might as well close early then. Got time to sit on your phone but not proof bread.
Ordered a curbside order at 5:45PM. Went to pick it up at 6:05. Clicked 'I arrived' in the app and waited. After 10 minutes I went inside and realized there were 9 people in line, 3 people off to the side waiting for 'to go' orders and 1 person working. The staffer told us waiting for 'to go' orders that if we didn't want to wait, that we should cancel our orders in the app. I learned after I left that you can't cancel an order in the app. Someone owes me $30. The employees are great, the place is kept clean. The biggest issue is this. The food is great, when you can actually get it. In the last 2 weeks, they have had to cancel my online order because they were out of bread once, and the next time I went in before ordering and they were out of tomatoes and about half the meat options. I tried to call before going up there, but the phone is either busy or no one answers.
