Would give 0 stars if able to. Ordered 4 sandwiches which were all made wrong and very poorly. Not only were the sandwiches wrong but the customet service from the people working were snotty and rude. I reached out multiple times in regards to the situation and eventually asked for a refund and was never replied back to. When you work customer service and ignore your customers that speaks volumes on you and your business. We will never be back to this location.
Trying to order ahead through their app is a freaking nightmare. Every time I try I run into an error where they're not accepting orders. Every. Single. Time.
This subway is literally the best my partner and I come up here often and each time we do we have the best time the worker named Leslie is truly amazing and knows how to make us feel welcome and has great conversations with. She makes our experience great. She is the reason why we come to this subway on our way home at night after working a long shift at work.
