1st time ordering there and last time ordering there. Placed order on app and picked up when I got home I found there's more sauce that meat and veggies on the sandwich. I ordered shredded cheese and theres maybe 3 pieces of shredded cheese. I live 20 mins away so I can't just drive back and have it fixed. Wish I had read the reviews before I ordered.
We ordered through the app, which just makes it easier since we are a family of 5. We got the notification that our order was ready so I went to pick it up. When I got there they said that our order was not ready and they hadn't started it yet. The gentleman told me they were working on an order that came in after ours but it should be fairly quick. I think they got confused and made it 50% less than 50% more I paid an extra $1.50 more for. Update where’s the beef?
I got my sandwich with oul and vinegar, put regular for the amounts, and when I got it, there was so much. The wrapping was completely soaked and my sandwich was soggy. I couldn't even taste the meats or veggies. I usually don't have an issue but the past couple times they either forgot something or put too much of something on it.
