Came here at 9:30pm on 9/23 when it says its open until 11pm. The lights were on but no one was there… I waited for about 10 minutes and nothing. Either fix your schedule or fix your staff because y’all just lost a customer.

Ended up not paying for our meal!!... The VA gentleman in line behind us kindly 'Paid it forward' and paid for our meal. So blessed and SUPER appreciative for this mans generosity!

Absolutely horrible. I truly wish i looked at the reviews before coming. The woman who made my twin sister’s sandwich didn’t even ask if she wanted it toasted and proceeded to bake it and BURN it. Like that thing was charred. And yet she still served it like it wasn’t looking like a piece of damn coal. She also kept her name tag hidden completely but from looking at the reviews it leads me to believe it was Elaine. I absolutely love subway but this one is a complete joke. She made the experience a nightmare.

Started out fine. Then she didn’t ask if I wanted my sandwich toasted and put it in the oven. But then it got left in there for too long and got burnt. So now I have one of the crunchiest sandwiches ever. The workers were also really quiet and I have to ask what they said multiple times before I was able to work it out and they kept trying to put the wrong things on our sandwiches.
