They got my DoorDash order wrong.. not sure how but yep they did and what sucks is I had to deal with DoorDash and not them. They forgot my drink and at the time I really wanted that drink. Cheese was also wrong I know it sounds minor but to me I don’t like their American white cheese I preferred the pepperjack but to be honest they are both bad cheese.
Terrible service, the manager said that she was closing and there was still time but chose to make the online orders and not help me when I was standing right there. I wouldn't go there at all if it was the last place for dinner
Worst service I've had at any kind of restaurant in a long time. First of all, I tried to place an order via computer, to take advantage of a special they were running only available on the computer, and when I tried to pay with my credit card, it wouldn't accept it. I tried an additional five different credit cards all again, refused. After going to the Subway in person and explaining the problem they refused to acknowledge the special prices. This was the last straw in the final time I'll ever try Subway again!!!
