First time ordering here and the manager lady was rude as hell. You seem to think we bend to your will you provide a service not the other way around.. maybe if she cracked a smile her face might break.. I sympathy goes to the worker behind the counter she has great customer service and obviously knows what is going on with all the orders.
Horrified! I ordered Online not to waste time waiting. Was expecting order ready to go at the express line. Received message order was ready. WRONG!!! Unfriendly staff she started making my order after I said here for pick up. Wasted time ordering Online, Wasted time sitting there waiting for something that should have been ready.
Pésimo servicio, ordene en linea para llegar y recoger y cuando llegue no estaban listos y después de que les dije que habia ordenado empezaron hacerlos cuando en la app de sub way decía que ya estaba lista la orden
Horrendous management and terrible customer service. The staff is so rude and so unhappy. If you don’t like your jobs then quits absolutely pathetic and garbage dump
