Staff are awesome, very attentive and make sure they get things right. They don't treat us just like another customer, they genuinely care.
I placed an order 1 1/2 hours before I needed it. I ordered 4 footlongs, no sauces, a footlong cookie when I showed up @ designated time, order not ready, and when handed order no cookie. I asked for it, was told they were out, none made, I asked for regular cookies, was told she could give me a couple, for $5.99 I told her I needed ay least 4, she threw in a bag and said " here, I am only person here". Then when we opened subs, all were drenched in Mayo. Gross! So disappointed, my 1st order out as a Subway member.
