I visit this Subway usually during lunch. I stopped in on my way home to get a sandwich. The store itself is always clean and the daytime workers Liz and Madison are always very friendly. I have never seen this person working before. I believe his name was Jorney. 07/01 @ 1700 – Stopped in Cedar Rapids to grab something to eat while traveling. They looked down on me for using a coupon and even overcharged me for items I didn’t receive. When I tried to explain that I’d been overcharged, the person just said “sorry” and walked away. If you’re reading this being Black and using a coupon doesn’t mean I don’t have enough. I have plenty.
Very rude employees, won’t be going back.
I walked in to order. One worker making a sandwich behind the counter. He said hi and continued working. Another worker came out of the bathroom and went behind the counter and picked up a paper order. I stood there for over a minute. No one said anything more to me. I then walked out. Evidently, online orders take precedent over a live human being wanting a sandwich. Sad state of today’s young workers.
WOW is all I can say! This lady came in and was completely rude to the woman working. Swearing at her saying the customer is always right. Apparently, it was about the lettuce. The lady came from the back and put lettuce on top of the other lettuce and she freaked out.
