The lack of consistency in food at the Council street location is apauling! I have ordered from this location many times but today has been the worst. I called and spoke to the manager and she kept repeating herself about how they follow a formula and when I asked her to explain how last week when I ordered the exact same thing they were filling and made well her answer was that "she must not have been there". The lady running the register and toppings section was totally rude, she gave me a total of 4 onions when I asked for extra and sprayed mayo and ranch in a way that felt like she was antagonizing me due to it going all over my bread. Terrible service. I wouldnt recommend this place if you want to be treated like a actual customer and not an inconvenience.
You get half the food for more cost. 2 subs and 2 drinks cost 32 bucks and flatbread was paper think and only get 2 pieces of cheese on a footlong
