The cashier seemed irritated and said they don’t microwave cookies. I worked at several Subways and have eaten at numerous of Subways in my lifetime and they have never had a problem warming up cookies. That really ruined my experience since that’s all I went for was warm cookies and a drink. However, the tall, thin lady with a ponytail was very friendly. I hate I didn’t get any names, but because of her I’ll give them another visit.

I usually visit Subway on Saturday or Sunday afternoon , the two young ladies that work afternoon and evening shift needs to understand about cross contamination. I noticed that when the young lady came back from sitting in the dining room area, she was on her phone and she didn't wash her Hands before putting on gloves. That is a big No for me because everyone knows when you come from the back or restroom, or front dining area to wash your hands. Shri and hemma were excellent they were patient while customizing our four sandwiches. The food and vegetables were fresh and crunchy. The food station always clean and spotless.They are very friendly and always have a smile on their face while working. This shop is only one we patronize. Give them a raise.
