The cookies are undercooked.
The main problem with this Subway is not the long wait time due to improper staffing or the rats that literally run around the food area, it is the fact that they don’t participate in the advertised deals. I wanted a 6.99 footlong and was willing to wait a half hour and have my sub have rodent footprints on it but I came here for the advertised deal and I couldn’t get it.
Walked in this morning to get some soup at 10:30am. As I was walking in, there were people walking out angry. As I approached the counter the lady behind the counter very rudely and loudly said "I'm not taking anymore orders". I told her I would just like a cup of soup and she repeated that she wasn't taking orders. When I asked if she would be doing so later she told me maybe. The Manager is rude!! DON'T KNOW HOW TO TALK TO CUSTOMERS! SHE NEED TO BE FIRED OR Y'ALL WILL SUFFER A BIG LOSS IN REVENUE!
This location has very pleasant workers who care about what they are serving for me that's a whole lot 😀 and I just want to say thanks and keep up that positive work energy it will pay off.I will definitely return to this location great subs fresh.
