The food quality and service is horrible. My footlong bread became so hard and unedible. The owner was there and I explained to him, he took no responsibility at all, to make a new one. His response was, "we use the same settings to toast the bread" repeatedly. When a bread is left out in air for few days and over toast them, that was the result I got. Waste of my $15.
