My son and I visited your location around 8:00 PM, approximately an hour before closing. At that time, we noticed that many items were already being put away. We both ordered a footlong flatbread sandwich and expected to receive what we paid for. However, due to a metal cover over the meat section, we couldn’t clearly see the preparation process. They definitely need more staff at this location. Usually it's only one person in here struggling to keep up. I feel bad for them. It makes the wait time a little longer, so have patience.
I went to subway just now (11:21am ) and was greeted by Tiana. She was very nice as I told her I was having a bad day. Not only did she make my day better with her kind words. She recommended the new bread and told me it was good and that I should give it a try. I can tell Tiana is a sweet person in the little time I spent with her. She definitely deserves a raise or promotion with her great customer service skills and friendly and positive attitude. Thank you for making my day better.
